So I shopped around to find the best rate at the best price and I looked at 5 different agents/agencies. Paul had the best rate and more than that he worked the hardest for us when he didn’t even know if we would go with him! Through the refinance process he was professional, kind, patient, and explained everything very well! Because it was so busy and so many people were trying to refinance it took a little longer than normal but Paul would call regularly and keep us informed. With it taking a little longer we had to make one more payment that we originally weren’t going to make and Paul was so worried about us having a late fee he offered to pay it for us. Everything worked out and we didn’t have a late fee but Paul made sure to take care of us during the whole process. The office staff was wonderful and it was all a wonderful experience! We would recommend Paul and his team to anyone, you could tell how hard he worked for us and how much he cared! On top of that he saved us $70,000+ which was substantially more than any one else that gave us quotes, and was kinda the whole point! Paul got us a rate of 2%!!!!!!!!!
